RESTAURANT

Our restaurant and café are located on the lobby floor. Guests can order non-alcoholic beverages and food 24 hours a day. You can enjoy a delicious Turkish breakfast prepared by our chefs in a relaxed and simple restaurant setting.



POOL

According to the pool usage rules, guests under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the pool. The pool is for adults, and families with children should take necessary precautions to avoid any unwanted incidents.

You can reach our hotel via metro, taxi, tram, public buses, and sea transport.

Guests wishing to change these times should inform reception based on availability.



SAFETY AND EMERGENCY INFORMATION

Emergency Exits:

  • Identify fire escape routes and exits from your room and corridor signs.
  • Review the evacuation plan behind your room door; this plan shows emergency exits and stairs.
  • In case of an emergency, dial 0 from your room phone and press the fire alarm buttons in the corridors to initiate evacuation.


Assembly Areas:

  • In major disasters (e.g., earthquakes), the designated assembly area is Gülhane Park.
  • In minor emergencies, the assembly area is the hotel entrance.


Evacuation Procedures:

If you are unable to leave your room:


  1. Activate the nearest fire alarm.
  2. Call reception by dialing 0 and inform them of the situation.
  3. Do not use the elevator.
  4. Keep valuable items with you or store them in the room safe.


When you hear the fire alarm:


  1. Take your room key card and move carefully.
  2. If the door handle is hot, do not open the door. If it is not, open it carefully and be ready to close it again if necessary.
  3. Signal for help from a window using a towel or any visible object.
  4. Store water in the bathroom and keep the environment humid to minimize smoke inhalation.
  5. Do not use the elevator.
  6. If there is smoke in the corridor, crouch down and move on your hands and knees.


If it is impossible to leave the room:


  1. Turn off the air circulation system.
  2. Inform reception by dialing 0 and provide your room number.
  3. Do not open or break the windows initially.
  4. Block the door and window gaps with wet towels, curtains, or sheets.
  5. If smoke enters the room, cover yourself with a wet blanket.
  6. If smoke continues to fill the room, open the window slightly.
  7. If the windows cannot be opened, break one with a chair. However, do not do this if flames or smoke are rising from lower floors.


DOCTOR

In case of emergencies, a doctor is available upon request for an additional charge. For other medical needs, guests will be directed to the nearest hospitals.



SECURITY
  • The hotel is monitored 24 hours a day by security cameras.
  • Use the room safe for your valuables.
  • Always lock your door before going to bed.
  • Only registered guests can access the floors where guest rooms are located.


FOOD AND BEVERAGE
  • For health reasons, bringing food and beverages from outside the hotel is prohibited.


BREAKFAST
  • Breakfast is served in the breakfast hall between 07:00 and 10:00.


KEY CARD
  • Rooms operate with an electronic key card system. You can activate electrical devices by inserting your card into the energy slot next to the door.


LUGGAGE SERVICE
  • You can store your luggage in the luggage room next to the reception after check-out.
  • Ask for a luggage tag to avoid confusion.
  • Do not leave valuables or important documents in your luggage. Free safes are available at the reception.


BELLBOY SERVICE
  • Available 24 hours a day.


GUEST RELATIONS
  • The guest relations officer is available at the front desk to assist with inquiries and advice.


PETS
  • Pets are only allowed in designated accessible rooms.


CLIMATE AND VENTILATION
  • It operates when the energy card is inserted.


ROOM CLEANING
  • Room cleaning is done according to hygiene standards.
  • For privacy and security, ensure that your door is locked.


WELCOME TRAY
  • Tea and coffee service is available upon request.
  • Tap water is not drinkable; please order bottled water through room service.


NON-SMOKING ROOMS
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.


SAFES
  • Use the room safe for your valuables. The hotel is not responsible for cash, jewelry, passports, or other valuables left in the room.


ROOM-TO-ROOM CALL
  • To call another room, dial 0 at the reception and request the desired room number.


DO NOT DISTURB

  • Use the electronic button or hang the red side out on your door.


WAKE-UP SERVICE

  • Take advantage of this free service by notifying the guest relations manager of your preferred wake-up time.


MESSAGE NOTIFICATION SERVICE

  • Messages received during your absence will be recorded and left in your room.


LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING, TAILORING, AND IRONING SERVICES

  • Available for an additional charge. Place your laundry in the laundry bag, mark your preferences, and inform the reception.


MINIBAR

  • Items are replenished daily and charged to your room account. A price list is available in the guest services guide.


SEWING AND PERSONAL CARE KIT

  • A sewing kit and personal care products (shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.) are available in your room.


BABY COT

  • A free baby cot is available upon request.

PARKING

  • Our hotel does not have its own parking. The guest relations officer can provide information about nearby parking facilities.

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard. American Express is not accepted.


SHOE POLISHING SERVICE

  • Your room is equipped with a shoe sponge and polishing cloth. For further assistance, please contact the reception.
